Our Team

James W. Breazeale III is a native upstate resident. He was born in Greenville and has served his community well. His motto is one he lives by on a daily basis: God. Family. Credit.

He is an Army Veteran and has continued to serve through his church, the Clear View Heritage Foundation, and the Easley Community Group.

James is married and had his hands full raising his seven children; two sons and five daughters. Although they are all grown now, he continues to lead them into adulthood. In addition to the dedication and love of his family, he is very passionate about the welfare of the family and the values of others.

Not only is he a military veteran, he is a seasoned veteran in the mortgage business. He has provided many happy clients with a variety of mortgage loans: Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA and more. And being a veteran, James has a special knack for helping other veterans with their VA loans.
