Our Team

Bailey Pepper is originally from Ontario, Canada. She was an avid athlete and made her way to South Carolina for college at USC on a track and field scholarship. That is where she met her husband Nathan, settled down, and is now mom to four children. Also an avid dog lover, Bailey has two French Bulldogs. How she finds the time to do all she does we will never know!

She began working with Upstate Mortgage in 2014 as a part time receptionist, but soon found she had an aptitude for the business and enjoyed what she was doing. She very soon became a full time loan processor and today she is an asset to the company, making sure our clients get to the closing table on time. She also holds her Loan Originator license as well, so she is able to pull double duty when needed. She enjoys working with local realtors and builders and helping people fulfill their dreams of owning their own home.
